Privacy information

This explains how information sent through the OFF DUTY SOCIAL website is used.

OFF DUTY SOCIAL is being organised in Preston by Jordan Oates. You can contact the organiser through the website enquiry form.

What we collect

When you register interest, we collect your name, email address, activity preference and any preferred time you choose to provide. An enquiry also includes the message you send. Please do not include sensitive health information in these forms.

How we use it

We use registration details to respond to your interest and contact you about the activity you selected. We use enquiry details to respond to your question. If you separately opt in to future updates, we use your email address to send news about OFF DUTY SOCIAL activities and launch plans.

Forms are processed by Prooflive.ai, our website provider, and stored in the site's enquiry inbox. Enquiries are also delivered to the site's owner. The platform uses spam-prevention measures and cookie-free visitor statistics. We have not added advertising trackers or embedded social feeds.

Keeping your information

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to respond to your enquiry, manage your expression of interest or provide updates you have requested. We do not sell signup information or publish a list of people who have registered.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or ask us to stop sending updates, through the enquiry form. Optional update consent can be withdrawn at any time.

You can also raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
